Client is a large importer of electric vehicles in South America and wanted to include V2L accessories to every car sale to appeal to outdoor-active customers. Client reached out to Mekel regarding a customized order and required a challenging deadline of 5 months including prototyping and commencing of mass production.
Mekel leveraged prior ODM experience to quickly devise product proposals for the client and adeptly finalized product’s technical specs including customized requirements on thermal monitoring safety features.
Client requested to customize the exterior design with unique ergonomic features. Mekel’s design team modelled prototype and 3D printed within weeks before developing mold for mass production. Client was extremely satisfied with the design quality and efficiency.
