How Does the DC Charging Controller Work

Upon successful user verification, the controller establishes communication with the vehicle’s battery management system (BMS) and initiates the charging process. During charging, the controller monitors real-time voltage, current, temperature, etc. and adjusts output based on BMS feedback. If issues such as overvoltage or overheating occur, the controller activates safety mechanisms and records fault data. Once charging completes, the controller safely disconnects the circuit, handles metering and billing, and communicates with the cloud for any other smart reporting.
