Expectation: 

The owner sought to meet residents’ home charging needs and position itself toward premium residents who are more likely to be environmentally conscious

Solution:

We helped client deploy ​8 DC fast charging piles​ and 20 AC charging stations, installed in the underground parking lot, supporting time-share management and App reservation. Residents can schedule overnight charging via the property management app.

Result:

Property Premium: Client’s apartment units with charging facilities ​sold for 7% higher than comparable properties, and the rental rate increased by ​12%​, with increased overall satisfaction rate from residents.

Breakeven Point: Through charging service fees and higher property management fee, the payback period is 2.5 years
